Get Involved
Our summer law interns.
Getting involved with Brooklyn A gives you an opportunity to do meaningful work that makes a real difference in Brooklyn's low-income communities. Here are some of the ways to become a part of Brooklyn A:
- Internships - Brooklyn A welcomes student associates for both summer and term-time internships that provide law students with hands-on experience in the practice of public interest law.
- Fellowships - Law school graduates committed to public interest law are eligible for many one- and two-year fellowships to work at Brooklyn A.
- Pro Bono Counsel - Brooklyn A welcomes the opportunity to work with members of the legal community who want to contribute their skills to benefit low-income Brooklyn families and neighborhoods.
- Volunteering - We welcome volunteers to assist our Development and Communications Department in event planning, donor relations, grant research, database operations, website updates, and press releases.
